Review of Limestone Health Facility
Our relative was on a restricted diet due to dialysis. There was a restricted diet involved due to dialysis, which was not regularly followed by either the dietician or the staff. We would also have to wait long amounts of time for the staff to come and assist with bathroom visits, and therefore a family member did most of the required lifting to the restroom, because of these long waits. On Friday evenings, there generally is no staff available to either assist the patients during mealtimes, or otherwise. We witnessed more than one accident during mealtimes due to patients falling out of their chairs, and the staff being occupied elsewhere.
