Jacksonville Nursing Home need to be SHUT DOWN! We won arbitration against the nursing home for maiming my 82 year old mother. It took over 4 1/2 years. The nursing home paid the arbitrator and lawyer over $150,000. My mom's measly award doesn't cover her losses, and Medicare will probably take that. My mom was placed in a broken bed, which she fell out of 2 times within a 24hour period. Then nursing home threatened their employees with the loss of their jobs if they didn't lie and cover up the abuse and neglect. The nursing home continues to this moment to maim and kill our loved ones. Please reconsider placing your loved one there. My mom is not the first nor will she be the last patient that they will maim, or kill.
