Review of Brandon Court Personal Care Home
My aunt was a resident of Brandon Court Nursing Facility and I was very disatifatified with the care. She was forced to go to in house hospice. She was also dropped per the staff at Brandon court, To no avail from the Adminstative staff we( the family and I) never heard anything else regarding this. We were just forced with so many calls from the Medicare nurse to apply for Hospice care. Although Hospice was forced, my aunt was moved to very warm enviroment. Care per same staff, Very calm. I would come feed my aunt daily and I was never in the building with the same caregivers. They have no continuity of care. I have overheard staff being chewed out per Administative personnel in open areas of the building.
