09/11/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: I was sent for rehab from surgery and escaped in 15 hours. This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. The staff is uncaring and rude when at their best. The food was soo bad I refused to eat. The diet was filled with carbs and my diabetes was out of control from surgery, glad I did not eat. When I departed early they refused to give me papers for follow up and RX the doctors ordered. They watched me pack and load my property and refused to help me get outside and was not outside to help me in the car.

I wished the state pulled their license to do business

04/13/2014 An Interested Visitor Writes: I came here for short term rehab from a local hospital and have been here 10 days, 10 days too long. Kitchen pays no attention to special diets. This location needs a major cleaning and fix-up. Both may be lacking because new facility is scheduled to open across town to a new complex by end of yr. Bathrooms are dirty. Night staff is slim, I waited almost 2 hrs for my buzzer to be answered. Day staff is beefed up but they seem to have purpose other than helping residents. Medicine not given on time, nor do nurses seem to care. I only gave one star because I had no option for zero!

12/23/2010 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Hanover presents well if you only are concerned wtih the cleanliness of the facility. When it comes to staffing they are poor. My family member had bed sores so deep that surgery was necessary. The family member will also have to have plastic surgery to fill in the multiple places. They were obviously not turning every 2 hours. This was not the first life threatening incident that we brought to their attention. The family had to draft a plan of action to force them to do their jobs.
