Hello, so I have something to say about cornerstone rehab or whatever I've never been there but my Uncle was sent there because he was not doing well and couldn't take care of himself your staff starved him and didn't get him anything to drink to the point when he got to the hospital he was SO dehydrated he almost DIED. What the hell is wrong with you people, your job is to make sure your patient has FOOD & WATER, but you couldn't even do that! If he would have died in yalls care I would have sued yalls butts for every penny, I can't believe knowing he was so weak yall starved him and dehydrated him so bad to the point he almost DIED!! Yall are a HORRIBLE retirement home and I hope yall get shut down!!!!! My Uncle simply asked for a glass of water got refused everytime and then told yall he couldn't feed himself and asked for yall to feed him but yall told him yall had other patients??? Wow! Yall are to HELP him! I am DISCUSSED with yall and I can't believe yalls staff would be so heartless to do that to a poor man that could bearly move. I hope you are so ashamed in what yall did and better be glad I'm not sueing yall for every penny yall are worth. SICK, SICK, SICK PEOPLE!!!!!!!

LTC site is OLD. It needs a major renovation!!!!
The rest of the campus is lovely. It is a shame that such good staff has to put up with such a substandard facility. It shows they are more concerned with money than their patients. Was told they were in line for renovations but would take a lot of time because "they only do one room at a time"!! The food is very good and activities are very often and varied. The staff are great, but at $5500 for a semi private room and it 30% smaller (due to its being built before the first half of the LAST century, and evidently with only the basics in renovations) other facilities offer more comfort for around $5100/month so why try here?
They also need equiptment for basic transfer and lifts which are not available on all wings. You cannot use a hover-round either since their halls are so very very narrow (think a house hall) and present an endangerment to other residents.
Over all a 5-Star for cleanliness and staff, a 1-Star for facility.... Keep looking
