This is an excellent facility. My father has been there twice and his health improved both times. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The units are clean and roomy. Highly recommended.

nurseing care is poor. told my mom she shouldn't be there. being of sound mind she was ready to leave. she almost died in hospital and needed extra time and rehab. she was put in isolation for illness she did not have. they never emptied garbage , or helped her. very disappointed. more than a nice fa├žade is needed here.

This is an amazing skilled nursing facility. The staff were so loving, kind, and friendly to my precious mother. The rehab was top notch. They worked with her and were able to get her much stronger and physically stable than she was prior to her recent hospitalization. The staff are very hard workers. The room smelled of fresh paint when she arrived. I also saw the maintenance staff painting another room during mom's stay. The carpet was cleaned regularly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term rehab place.

Magnolia Trace isn't the greatest facility I've come across. I saw a roach once running across the floor, and the hallways are extremely HOT! The DON isn't very friendly but the CNA's are great and helpful. The rooms need work and they need updated furniture and equiptment. I've talked to other visitors about Magnolia Trace and quite a few of them were upset with this facitity.

my grandmother had to go in here for rehab, we went to see her and the outside was so clean and pretty but the inside was dirty and the staff was unfriendly, my grandmother's room was dirty the walls the bed was stain the phone the ceiling was dirty, they put diapers on her and told her she was going have to use the bathroom in the diapers, they only give baths two days a week, she can go to the bathroom by her self at home , i would not put nobody in this place

Gave my mom a strong drug, without doctor approval, then did not log it on her chart, and we ended up taking her to the hospital in an ambulance. I do NOT recommend this facility!
