This is an excellent facility. My father has been there twice and his health improved both times. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The units are clean and roomy. Highly recommended.

nurseing care is poor. told my mom she shouldn't be there. being of sound mind she was ready to leave. she almost died in hospital and needed extra time and rehab. she was put in isolation for illness she did not have. they never emptied garbage , or helped her. very disappointed. more than a nice façade is needed here.

This is an amazing skilled nursing facility. The staff were so loving, kind, and friendly to my precious mother. The rehab was top notch. They worked with her and were able to get her much stronger and physically stable than she was prior to her recent hospitalization. The staff are very hard workers. The room smelled of fresh paint when she arrived. I also saw the maintenance staff painting another room during mom's stay. The carpet was cleaned regularly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term rehab place.

Magnolia Trace isn't the greatest facility I've come across. I saw a roach once running across the floor, and the hallways are extremely HOT! The DON isn't very friendly but the CNA's are great and helpful. The rooms need work and they need updated furniture and equiptment. I've talked to other visitors about Magnolia Trace and quite a few of them were upset with this facitity.

Gave my mom a strong drug, without doctor approval, then did not log it on her chart, and we ended up taking her to the hospital in an ambulance. I do NOT recommend this facility!

Find the perfect balance between quality senior care and flexible living options at Magnolia Trace, offering assisted living and independent living services. The assisted living program at Magnolia Trace offers the same exciting life enrichment activities and freedom as that of the independent living residents, but seniors in assisted living receive an added layer of care and security. When they need a reliable hand with services like bathing, dressing, and taking medicine properly, it is there for them. Why choose assisted living? Studies reveal that living near peers and participating in social activities leads to more satisfaction with life. Assisted living offers senior-friendly apartments and a busy social calendar. Communities have additional services that include 24-hour supervision and security, emergency response systems, access to licensed nursing care, chef-prepared meals, and assistance with grooming, dressing, and bathing. Laundry, housekeeping, social programs, and local transportation are typically provided as well. When you are able to live without assistance, but want the benefits and comfort of living in a senior-friendly community, choose independent living. Intended for both individuals and couples, these senior communities are also known as senior apartments, retirement villages, and communities for 55 and older. Residents stay in private apartments or individual homes with a plethora of community amenities, services, and programs tailored specifically for seniors. You'll have your own private space, so you can bring your favorite furniture, photos, and cookware. You’ll be able to spend time pursuing activities that you enjoy since tasks commonly associated with homeownership will be taken care of. Because independent living communities are intended for older adults who need little or no assistance, most do not offer medical care or supervision. Community services and amenities usually include fitness clubs, dining facilities, swimming pools, golf courses, hiking trails, social events, and many others. Magnolia Trace helps seniors find the worry-free lifestyle they want. In this community, residents have comprehensive assisted living and independent living services, as well as a friendly, supportive community. Within assisted living communities, you'll find help when you need it, with the goal of giving the aid required to stay as self-sufficient as possible. When seniors are able to live without assistance, but want the benefits and comfort of living in a senior-friendly community, choose independent living. Seniors find the ideal services and amenities they need to live comfortably at Magnolia Trace.
