This place needs to be reported to the state board. They do not take care of their patients, the place sinks. They are very neglectful towards their patients. I am going to contact the state board. Please for the sake of your loved one do not choose this place. A Man (patient)
walked out of the place and was almost hit by a car on Old Tuscaloosa Hwy. This is a sad sad place.
