The office cancelled my Mom's Humana Rx insurance and signed her up for AARP. They said it was an accident. I believe it's AGAINST THE LAW! Be careful and be diligent if you have family there.

Response: It is an unfortunate experience that this person had. However, having been involved with this facility - and many others across the United States I feel it is necessary to say that this facility is *by far* the best that I have been involved with. (I would send my family here from across the U.S.) I am basing this on the quality of care witnessed, the expectation of its employees to seek further education/experience, the professional regard that each employee had for one another (in each department), the seemless way that staff supported and worked together - not to mention the absolutley beautiful facility. Of course, I can't think of a single place that is perfect situation when considering placement of a family member. However, this is a top rated facility; and it completely deserves the accolades it receives.
