I agree with your respond that she/he didn't have to mention what race they are because not ALL Filipino are like that.

This place is depressing and horrible , I was employed at country hills not to long ago , what I saw and witnessed was just unexceptable . The nurses on the first floor are rude to the residents , they yell at them and I wittnessed one of the nurses take a sandwich away from a residents hand in a rude manner . On the third floor I saw a resident who's stitches weren't sowed correctly and she was bleeding from her bandages and was yelling for help and the cna's would ignore her , she would ask the kitchen ppl for help because no cna's would come to her need . I also wittnessed a resident on third floor saying with these exact words "help I'm begging you , I know you can hear me ! , I need to go to the bathroom " and I saw the cna's pass by and again ignore her , one time another resident asked if a cna was busy and she told the resident "yes I am" and kept walking . The kitchen is dirty , the don't wash the forks good , the food is horrible , there are ROACHES in the kitchen . This place is not a good place to put your loved ones in , I wouldn't pay a single dime out of my pocket for the services they give out at country hills , there is no order and people need to know about this place and how their loved ones are getting treated , this haunted me and I felt so bad , I didn't say anything because I was in fear that I would get fired because a lot of people already didn't like me including the manager , but I would always make remarks to the cna's that it was not humane how they were treating the residents , this place is no good and nobody will ever know because no one speaks out . All I am saying is that someone needs to take order in that place , the cna's and kitchen staff are always arguing like like kids about black carts , this place is so un-professional , no one respects anyone . Please take better care of your residents country hills please!

Absolutely disgusting. My grandmother was in this facility for about 4 days, and she hated every second of it. The staff are mostly a bunch of lazy Filipinos who park patients in their wheelchairs and hope they won't be bothered by them. A male Filipino worker made my grandmother wear Depends, even though she isn't incontinent because it is easier for them to change a diaper than help someone to the restroom. The food is deplorable. The last night she was there I showed up at 7pm to visit and she was sitting in a wheelchair at the end of the hall by a nurses station and staring off onto space. When she saw me she broke down and begged me to get her out of there. When the nurse saw I was upset she told me she had tried to get my gram to go to bed but she wouldn't, and that was why she was dumped in the hall. The place is filthy too. I can't say enough to discourage anyone from going here. If you love your family don't allow them to stay here.

Response: You could have just said "a bunch of lazy staff members" and "a male worker." The very fact that you felt the need to point out their race- as if being Filipino has ANYTHING to do with being lazy- makes me totally disregard your review.

When arriving I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. There was a girl who worked there who was occupied on her cellphone and disregarded anyone else in the room. It was unprofessional and I did not receive any help. Many of the workers there were talking among one another and were occupied with their own conversations to each other. I do not know how this place is still in business with how they run the place. Save your time and effort, and stay away at all cost.

My Grandmother was at Country Hills, and the staff is very caring. I looked at 5 places and this was the best place. I am thankful for the loving care the staff gave to my Grandmother.

My Mother was a patient at Country Hills, after I moved her out of another facility. The staff is very friendly, caring, and the environment is clean. The nurses are caring and professional.

This is a family friendly nursing home, my mother was here for several years, and she considered it her home. She enjoyed the activities, and the nursing staff was so kind to her. I will always be thankful for the care she received here, since I was unable to care for her myself. What a nice place.
