Great facility with warm and caring owners and caregivers. I know that my mother is well taken of. Weekly massage and hairdresser, mobile dr and dentist visits, live music, small intimate setting. Beautiful home in great neighborhood. 5 stars isn't enough!

Best thing we did was get my Mother out of this place!
Owners tell you anything to get you in and
take your money. No care, no activities all fluff!

Response: Thank you for your review. Although you don't have first hand knowledge of anything we provide or offer... our past and current families who actually are and have been clients and not competition trying to make false reviews, have an entirely different story to share.

Description of Anthem Senior Living in Anthem, AZ

    Built In 2003 , Number of Beds : 10

Anthem Senior Living - Assisted Living Home provides you with the very best in assisted living, adult day care, independent living, memory care, nursing home, skilled nursing, continuing care, hospice, respite and senior living through a warm, friendly community. Assisted living, geared toward individuals who want to live with some level of independence but occassionally need a little assistance, is the fastest growing, long-term care option for seniors. Why choose an assisted living community? Research suggests that seniors who live near their peers and have a variety of social activities feel a greater sense of well-being. With assisted living, you'll enjoy senior-friendly homes and a welcoming staff. Other services you'll find include around-the-clock supervision and security, access to professional nurses, emergency call systems, help with daily living, and nutritious meals prepared by chefs. These communities typically provide housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and a calendar of social events. Independent living is designed for seniors who are self-reliant but who want to enjoy a worry-free life. Developed for both individuals and couples, these senior communities are also known as retirement villages, 55+ communities, and senior apartments. Residents stay in private apartments or individual homes with a range of community amenities, services, and programs tailored just for seniors. You’ll enjoy your own space, so you can bring your favorite belongings, such as furniture and personal items. With independent living, residents won't have to worry about maintenance, mowing, or other chores associated with home ownership. Because independent living communities are intended for older adults who need little or no assistance, most do not offer medical care or supervision. You’ll find many social programs and community amenities, such as gardening, bridge, bingo, fitness programs, book clubs, and planned outings. Memory care offers the highest level of support, memory enrichment programs, and increased security for your loved one. Memory care is different from the care provided in assisted living, requiring a staff that is trained in memory care. Residents live in private or semi-private studio homes with twenty-four-hour supervision. Three nutritious meals a day plus snacks are provided, as well as housekeeping and laundry services. Structured activities designed specifically for memory impairment offer intellectual stimulation. Communities typically have secured areas, such as walking paths and gardens, for residents to access. Other important services include behavioral therapies, continence care, medication management, and assistance with bathing and grooming. Continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) provide a complete care platform, from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing care. A nursing home is suitable for seniors who cannot be cared for at home but who do not need hospital care. The level of care depends on the medical needs of each person, but typically residents receive nursing support and daily assistance with the activities of living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Most residents share a room, with nutritious meals offered in a central dining room. An activity director plans an activity and events plan to nurture mental, physical, and social well-being. When you need hospice services, Anthem Senior Living - Assisted Living Home provides compassionate, dedicated care. Reside at Anthem Senior Living - Assisted Living Home and enjoy an exciting new chapter of life, where residents can trade stories and forge new alliances. In this community, assisted living, adult day care, independent living, memory care, nursing home, skilled nursing, continuing care, hospice, respite and senior living services are provided. The help you'll find at assisted living communities is offered as necessary, with the goal of giving the support services required to stay as self-reliant as possible. Independent living is designed for seniors who are self-reliant but who want to enjoy a worry-free life. Memory care offers the highest level of support, memory enhancement programs, and social opportunities, all in a secure, warm setting. Continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) provide an extensive care platform, from independent living to assisted living to skilled nursing care. For seniors who need continuous, long-term medical support or short-term rehabilitation, nursing home care is a good option. Call today and discover how Anthem Senior Living - Assisted Living Home is the perfect fit for seniors requiring assisted living, adult day care, independent living, memory care, nursing home, skilled nursing, continuing care, hospice, respite and senior living services.
