Response: Happy your one of a few. May you always get care. But not everyone has your experience and just walk the hall's with your eye's and ear's open then see how you feel.

Very bad care by CNAs. Medicine delayed because LPN had to help serve food in dining hall. Stayed two weeks and never got a hot meal. Always cold, tasted like cardboard. Bathroom stank constantly. I had family bring in Lysol. Had to share TV with roommate. One remote. Just an awful, awful place.

Response: thankfully for you Sorry about your loss. I am hoping care improves before death as I do not want them to care to Late. Care also for Living

They have the worst bedside manner. My moms light was on over 40 min and the CNA then acted like it was a bother for her to have answered the light.Way to much to list and very little is good.GO AT YORK OWN RISK

This facility is absolutely the worst place I have ever worked at in Maricopa County. The administration cuts back on vital resources for patients and cuts work hours for all employees, forcing some employees to work double or triple the work load with minimal resources for patients. The result is that patients suffer from poor medical care, poor eating environments, poor sanitary conditions, poor social settings, and the list goes on and on. Most of the patients complain, but administration refuses to correct their cost-saving "cutbacks" and finds employees to blame in order to divert attention from the real problem, which is an incompetent and negligent management. This is a very retaliatory environment and I encourage everyone thinking of applying here to find work elsewhere. Employees that complain about the lack of vital supplies for patients, cut backs in hours, extreme increases in workloads, or poor management are fired, suspended, or receive threats. Management has made it known that they can easily manufacture the conditions where licenses can get suspended if employees complain. There was a recent investigation by the corporate division about this facility, but once the investigation ended, the retaliation increased with a vengeance. I encourage everyone thinking of having family members admitted to this facility to seek health care elsewhere. An inhuman work environment leads to an inhumane medical environment for patients. For God's sake, go elsewhere.

This place is absolutely horrible. The only thing that is good is PT. I am staying here right now and I am ignored most of the time. If I push the call light it takes sometimes an hour before they come to me. I have a broken ankle but am of sound mind and thank God for that or I could be in serious trouble. If you are unable to talk or communicate you might as well be home alone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay healthy my friend.

12/14/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

    you must be drunk

Response: Got that right because I found them nothing but caring, helpful, and PT was excellent. Let's face it no one likes to be in a nursing home, but thank God they are there when you need them.
