My wife was there 10 days for rehab after total knee replacement---worst 10 days of her life!

Admitted and put to bed at 6 PM-no response to call button until 9 PM
Food is cold always and poor quality, missing items, coffee must in short supply there, not served even if ordered
Spirometer (breathing aid) disappears and took three hours to get another one.
Wife placed in chair for supper--call button out of reach.
No rest for surgical knee in shower.
Safety belt not used for walk.
Doctor required cooling machine for knee---baffled most of attendants, ice not renewed for cooling.
One attendant used one hand to assist wife while the other hand held her cell phone talking to her boy friend.
Elastic stocking not replaced after shower.
No reponse to call button to get off commode for 35 minutes.
Lead man not responsive to requests or he ignores them during the week.
Good lead man on the weekend!!!

I do not recommend you send your loved one here if u want them to be taken well care off. They don't get there showers often, the food is terrible. You have to be on the nurses constantly about their needs and when you have questions about their care no one seems to know anything. So disgusted with this place!!!

I'VE BEEN HERE APPROX. 5 YRS. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I SEE AT THIS TIME IS STAFF TURN OVER..NO CONTINUITY STAFF ALIGNMENT WITH THE PATIENT. MOSTLY WITH THE CNA STAFFING.THE IN HOUSE TRAINING OF THE CNR IS VERY LIMITED. ALSO, SHOULD BE MORE CLARIFICATION AS TO CHAIN OF COMMAND AS TO REGISTERING A CONCERN and/or COMPLAINT IN A TIMELY MANNER.

This is by far one of the worst SNF. Rooms are dirty, you cannot understand staff(very broken english). They are very understaffed. They will just let your love one lay there. Do your homework, If you care about your love one, please find a different place.

Understaffed, undertrained, incompetent and very disorganized.

My Mom had a great experience there! She loved all of the sweet nurses. Everyone was so helpful for her...she even misses some of the staff and calls them from time to time to visit!
