Response: Hi! Mr. Edward Freeman has been in your care for a few weeks now. I'm sending this message to communicate regarding what are the policies for sending things...letters, floral gifts, and special things. I've helped get his youngest son through a recent operation and we have been notified that there are no incoming calls allowed. Is this correct? He is in room #402. We are in Utah. Mr. Freeman is a WWII Veteran. Could you please send us a message back so we know you received this message? Also, possibly let him know that we have contacted your facility. Thank you kindly.
