Company abandoned patient.Tried very hard to get patient to quit them, let office clerk manage when clinical staff should have paid attention. Office clerk negative, arrogant, unqualified to manage patient care, instigated administrators' efforts to transfer, hassle, otherwise intimidate by limiting/nonexistant supplies, no advance notice of changes, affecting patient's quality of life and medical needs. Finally sent such an unqualified nurse that she injured patient and he was hospitalized, then they quit.
