As a former employee of The Beatitudes Care center I can attest to the fact that it is a restraint free facility. As for the use of Haldol It was at times used. It had never been used without Family members consent. Although this is not appropriate for everyone it is sometimes necessary . The staff are very caring and treat the residents very well . You could not get better care for a loved one, unless you provided it yourself. . Not everyone will be happy all the time. People can be hard to please . Sometimes you may work short staffed. Still it is the best place in this area for your loved one .The new Senior staff leaves a lot to be desired for . The Nurses and Nursing assistants are the best you can hope for.

Response: I have seen haldol frequently used in nursing homes, hospitals, and many other nursing facilities.

My family member was chemically restrained with Haldol, an antipsychotic that is used rarely. My family member now has permanent damage.

Response: Would you mind sharing what the permanent damage is that your family member suffered? My mom was given Haldol at a different facility.

I have been a pet sitter in this community for many years. My client there appears to be very happy and everyone is so friendly and nice! The landscaping has always been very nice and they are in completion stages of remodeling. They are very pet friendly and have their own dog park now. My client has always spoke very highly of the employees and the food is good!

Response: How does being a pet sitter give you an idea of what is going on in this place? Just wondering because it would seem that since you're there to take care of the pet that your attention would be on that and not how the staff is interacting or treating the residence. This along with the fact that you're only there for a limited amount of time. So I'm wondering - have you seen any acts of exceptional work there?

Response: Please. It's a valid review from someone w9th is in the facility regularly. Go bully somewhere else.
