Horrible Experience: The staff was very mean and hurtful to my spouse and I. Not only in my opinion and my husband's, they were very unorganized. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I cried myself to sleep many times because of the stress inflicted on me by this medical office. Thank goodness I finally changed Doctors. I don't know who Michele is but when I originally posted this in 2006, I felt traumatized because of their service. Dr. Z was my Dr. there. Do your homework as I did and find that there are better options out there. We found a specialist that actually worked with our insurance in ways this office wouldn't such as lab work that we paid out of pocket only to find out later at our new doctor's office was covered.

Response: They are very under staffed, not enough nurses to give the care need to each patient

Description of Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ

Built In 2007 , Number of Beds : 38

Senator John Glenn once said, “Too many people, when they get old, think they have to live by the calendar.” A rejection of ‘calendar living’ perfectly describes the kind of world the senior living industry creates for millions of Americans over 55. Senior living is a lifestyle of personal choice. Those in senior living communities are never beholden to the calendar. They are free to be as active or inactive as they wish. If they want to relax and watch TV, they are free to do that, too. If they are healthy and independent and wish only to take advantage of fine housing, home-cooked meals, and cleaning services, they are free to do so. If they need assistance with some aspects of daily living, that type of community is available, too. Senior living also includes housing for those who require daily medical care as well as care for seniors who want to stay in their own homes. A well-organized system of care, senior living welcomes you for what YOU want to do.
