03/27/2009 An OurParents User Writes: Horrible Experience: The staff was very mean and hurtful to my spouse and I. Not only in my opinion and my husband's, they were very unorganized. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I cried myself to sleep many times because of the stress inflicted on me by this medical office. Thank goodness I finally changed Doctors. I don't know who Michele is but when I originally posted this in 2006, I felt traumatized because of their service. Dr. Z was my Dr. there. Do your homework as I did and find that there are better options out there. We found a specialist that actually worked with our insurance in ways this office wouldn't such as lab work that we paid out of pocket only to find out later at our new doctor's office was covered.

Response: They are very under staffed, not enough nurses to give the care need to each patient
