I placed my mother in Garden Terrace February of 2019.
I am extremly grateful for the care she is recieving. Jessie Ramirez the supervisor is helpful, loving, and kind. She is very professional and knowledgeable in elder care. Jessie assured an easy transition and even assisted me with getting my mother's prescriptions transfered and delivered to the home. A physical therapists and home health care nurse were quickly set up.
All of the caregivers on staff are caring and efficent. It is an extra bonus to have Dr. Vandervort an excellent geriatric physician and her PA visit the home. My mother enjoys the food that is prepared in the home. She says they are good cooks. I would recommend Garden Terrace to any one who is in need if assisted living.

Referral service quoted an agreed price actual cost almost 2x's at $3,000.00 at 30 days. Even with a medicine discussion-Over medicated first night slept for 4 days.No BM for 5days expected her to wait (1 day more).Circulation in feet cut off left socks on for 3 full days.Wet wipe left between legs. Has NOT BEEN GOTTEN OUT of BED for 5+DAYS,say it takes 2 people, NO ONE mentioned that prior.FED Little food and water...due to sleeping. Will MOVE OUT and MAY LOSE $ with rules for termination. JUST WANT my FAMILY MEMBER OUT of THERE!

Response: My understanding is this is a assisted living facility NOT a nursing home or continuous care facility. If correct then why would you expect nursing home care from assisted living? I'm very interested in your response as I'm looking for a assisted living for my grandmother but don't want to make a mistake in my search. Resident and family feedback is very important to me.
