Run from this place as fast as you can! Have relative there and PA says she is ready to leave, this is Thursday. Social worker says the insurance co says she can stay until Sunday. Bottom line - no release. They claim relative is now being treated for other issues rather than the one she went there for. Will be contacting state governing body. What a sham!!!

My father stayed there for 9 days. I have to say that I was very skeptical at first but it was the best decision he made. The staff was excellent from the first day he got there. Everyone was very attentive to him and made his stay very nice, we were kept informed about his care and all of our questions were answered.

My father-in-law was kicked out and forced to go into a nursing home with only 24 hours notice. Only one nurses aid went above and beyond.

Fantastic experience. My mother received rehab care after her hip ORIF. The rehab team was consistent and the nursing staff very informative with answers to my questions. I am an RN and I feel that their standards of care matched my families and mothers needs. Very satisfied with the results.

I ONLY said one star because I could not post my comments - but I say 10 NEGATIVE stars!!!This place - MAJORLY SUCKED!!!!! My Dad was NOT even there 24 hours & his condition detoriated right in front of my eyes!!! They are incompetant, nasty, RUDE and dont have a CLUE!!!! Staff are NOT up-to-date on how to care for someone after an acute illness, and we were mistakenly told this was an acure hospital?? Pleaseee, I would NOT even take my dog there to get well!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE - EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!! VERY DISSATSIFIED!!! My Dad could have died in this place!!!!!

Response: totally agree wtih you... from medical staff to social workers Banner rehab is not professional and they are very rude

Mostly friendly staff. I guess like most care centers, family members really need to be involved of the patient does not get as much attention or service. This is disappointing when one lives so far away and not as a vailable to be there all of the time.
