I can 100% agree with alot of the reviews on this site. As a former employee of that facility yes some of the staff are rude, inconsiderate, act apauling and ignorant and unsafe, careless, selfish and extremely lazy two faced fake individuals but not all the staff members are like that personally ive met some wonderful people very kind, caring, compassionate and respectful kind hearted. The facility is under staffed, over worked and emloyees are underpaid and not recognized for what they do. The Facility has been repremanded and cited and fined 4or5 times in 3yrs by the state of Arizona. The company has an extremely "low budget" So they claim due to financial reduction and state budget cuts. Honestly they need to approve a decent budget for KITCHEN MANAGER they need new food trays, dishes, silverware, glassware, uniforms, storage containers, better quality produce and food supplies to be able to prepare better looking and tasting meals for the residents. STOP BEING CHEAP.......

not good, better than others? don't know but I do not like Villa Campana, lack of communication, long time waits when help light is on. Many CNA's seem nice, some uncaring. Staff seems overwhelmed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

i was there for 9 days in the rehabilitation unit. the night shift needs to be all fired, and replaced with some aides tat are not so LAZY and rude. i watched as one patient who needed to be helped being fed, was passed by until 10:30 p.m. and then the aide, brenda, banged the tray around and acted very put out. ive heard patiens yell for an aide after having their light on for 45 minutes. then get yelled at back for yelling! the medical staff including doctors i talked to already know their reputation for being lazy and rude. i was appalled and couldn't wait to leave there. even the nurse practitioner was derelict.
