My friend was there post surgery for rehab. He received awesome care from a staff that really cared for him.
The management was available for all our needs and questions. I recommend Villa Campana for there atmosphere, food and most of all their care.

As a former employee of Villa Campana, this place is not centered around caring staff. It has a very high turnover rate. Scheduling employees for a shift is near impossible. They have no idea who is left in the mix.

This place is a joke!!! No quality care. Always understaffed. Staff constantly complaining about the company they work for. I've been told on many occasions, they don't have the money to provide the things we need as a patient. How do you provide healthcare services when you don't have staff or constantly out of supplies. Do not send your loved ones here, they will not be cared for!!!

This is the worst place for anyone you love. They say your loved one is getting physical therapy when they aren't. The case manager is has no compassion. I have seen things happen there that I'm going to report. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

This is a nice facility with staff that strive to do their best in patient care. It is a clean facility with great food and caring employees. Issues with the facility are handled to the best of the managements ability. I addition the change of management is bringing continual positive changes. Overall it is a facility I would be comfortable bringing my loved ones to.

Our daughter was there for three weeks of wound care. I found the place to be next to awesome. She received top notch care for staff that really cared for her. The food was good and management was available for us whenever we had a question. I recommend Villa Campana for care.

I can 100% agree with alot of the reviews on this site. As a former employee of that facility yes some of the staff are rude, inconsiderate, act apauling and ignorant and unsafe, careless, selfish and extremely lazy two faced fake individuals but not all the staff members are like that personally ive met some wonderful people very kind, caring, compassionate and respectful kind hearted. The facility is under staffed, over worked and emloyees are underpaid and not recognized for what they do. The Facility has been repremanded and cited and fined 4or5 times in 3yrs by the state of Arizona. The company has an extremely "low budget" So they claim due to financial reduction and state budget cuts. Honestly they need to approve a decent budget for KITCHEN MANAGER they need new food trays, dishes, silverware, glassware, uniforms, storage containers, better quality produce and food supplies to be able to prepare better looking and tasting meals for the residents. STOP BEING CHEAP.......

not good, better than others? don't know but I do not like Villa Campana, lack of communication, long time waits when help light is on. Many CNA's seem nice, some uncaring. Staff seems overwhelmed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

i was there for 9 days in the rehabilitation unit. the night shift needs to be all fired, and replaced with some aides tat are not so LAZY and rude. i watched as one patient who needed to be helped being fed, was passed by until 10:30 p.m. and then the aide, brenda, banged the tray around and acted very put out. ive heard patiens yell for an aide after having their light on for 45 minutes. then get yelled at back for yelling! the medical staff including doctors i talked to already know their reputation for being lazy and rude. i was appalled and couldn't wait to leave there. even the nurse practitioner was derelict.
