This place is horrible - STAY AWAY! The website is total bull crap! there is nothing in the pictures on the website that even resembles the actual place. The reality of the place is unclean, unfriendly and uncaring. NO ACTIVITIES! They are either understaffed or just don't care, I think it's both! They NEVER worked with my brother in law in any kind of therapeutic way - no physical therapy nothing. He just withered away. They would put my brother in law in a wheelchair (sometimes) and he would fall out and be laying on the floor for hours before anyone even noticed. We would come to visit him and he would be covered in cuts and bruises. He would have constant urinary tract infections due to unclean conditions. He got c-diff and no one notified us nor did they put any kind of warning on his room, since no one is ever around we went into his room not knowing and about a half hour later a nurse finally showed up and told us we should've been gowned due to risk of getting c-diff from him! Nice! Front desk was always unmanned and anyone could walk in unnoticed, someone came to visit my bother in law, that the family did not know (we still don't know who it was since they never signed in due to the fact that there was never anyone at the front desk to enforce the sign in procedure), and gave him beer and left their beer cans all over the room - how long were they there? long enough to put away a six pack and the nurses never even knew! we pointed out all the empty beer cans in the room and they had nothing to say. I could go on and on but to make a long story short - DO NOT HAVE ANYONE YOU LOVE BE PUT IN THERE!!!!

the only good thing I have to say about this place is that it is the cleanest facility I have ever been in. some of the staff is wonderful the other part acts as if they are doing you a favor simply by speaking to you. the residents go for hours wo being changed . the food is passable at best . I recently went to see a family member and its like a tomb there was nothing going on, no music no happy sounds nothing. I took my mom there because I was told they had a lot to do, that someone had even seen a horse there, and yet, there was nothing happening. there were people sitting alone in the dining room, people in their pajamas in the hall... I felt bad for these people. I am pulling my mom out as soon as I can find someplace else for her.

Great place to visit. Care is awesome on some units, nursing is hit and miss. The cleanest care center in the valley. Food isnt fit for a goat.

I have been out of state for 2 months,
Our mom was sent here for rehabilitation 10 days ago and they have left her off her oxygen 4 times in the past 10 days, left her machine for her feeding tube unplugged who knows how long that was.
She has not had a shower in 10 days and her hair was pasted to her head, the dir of nursing called mom a liar and said she had been bathed 3 times in 10 days.. funny no one else saw this.

They have a CNA administering narcotics through moms feeding tube which is illegal at best.

We have made arrangements to transfer mom out of this hell hole but the nursing director keeps "forgetting" to send the authorization to the new facility.

Stay far far away from this place with your loved ones.
