My mother was admitted to this facility she was 95 years old and had numerous health problems. The staff had to deal with a lot of behavioral issues and handled those issues wonderfully. They provided excellent care for my mother and treated her with dignity and respect. They were supportive of the family and kept us informed and up to date on her condition and changes in her condition. The Director of Nursing Chris McClung was absolutely the BEST. Her empathy and kindness to my mother and to my family were at the top of the scale - I rate her a 5+. There is no words to express our heartfelt thanks to her and her staff. All of them went beyond what we expected. Mother died with dignity and respect and with the caring hands of Chris and the rest of the staff at Ashflat on Feburay 14, 2012.
