I was an emergency patient at Sparks 3 yrs. ago. After a motercycle accident. I had one Dr. that was Fab! Dr. Kieth Bolyard. He was up front and to the point! He also took the time to come and see me in my room and explain what to expect. The other Doctors I never seen, Well one other Dr. I can't remember his name, to take stitches out and design a new cast for my arm that caused more harm than good! (all for ins.)I had to have another surgery to fix His screw up. As far as the rehab is concerned it SUCKED!!! I was left in my wheel chair away from my call button, and (my cell phone) one night with the door closed. They couldn't here me call out,so had to wait for hrs. to get someone to tend to me. Needless to say I urniated on myself and they acted like it was my Fault! They didn't wash me off they just put dry clothes on me and put me in bed! Real sanitary!! I had open wounds on my buttoks, and thigh. Well all in all I finally got my @#$% out of there and got home to Texas. I Got the most Awsome care at the Health South in Plano Tx. I would recomend that facility to anyone that needs long or short term treatment to anyone. Them and Dr.Bolyard in Ak. and also Dr Goodheart in Carrollton,Tx. These two Dr. know there stuff! Thanks to Both of them and the staff at Health South Plano,Tx. and Metro Orthapaedics and Sports Medicine,Carrollton Tx.
