This facility cuts cost any way they can, including the care if residence. The kitchen has been told to give the residence as little as possible. When questioned about this statement Relience, is the cause of cut backs. Have watched these residence loose vast amounts of servings and have been turned away from having more food when asked for it....please reconsider putting anyone you love in this facility.

The staff is very unprofessional and they cut corners to get the job done faster which is why I moved my dad somewhere else

My Mother has been dead for over a year now and I still wake up in the middle of the night upset with her stay in the Gassville Nursing Home. They were never able to tell me how she got out of bed by herself, fell, broke her hip and managed to get back in bed. The morning shift nurse called me to let me know. I'll never forgive myself for putting her in the Gassville Nursing Home. I hope the administrator is gone that we had to deal with after my Mother died.
