At last check, the facility had 50 residents indicating that it is 71% occupied which is about average within the state of Arkansas. The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident and family counseling services.

05/16/2011 An Current/Past Employee Writes: I love SpringBrook Health & Rehab. It is a family oriented atmosphere,where the staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond the duty. I have had loved ones here many occasions, and wouldn't want them anywhere else. We also have a great therapy group.

Response: Staff is generally helpful and most are kind to the residents. Theft of resident property, however, is an ongoing problem, as is keeping an appropriate weight for long-term residents.
