Response: Well I worked at this facility for about 3 months as a nurse and DO NOT recommend putting your love one there. Yes there are some very kind and loving workers who generally care about the patients but they are few and often overworked. The management seem to care more about the money than the patient. I do understand the owners put pressure on them but there was several patients who should have been sent out to the hospital but stayed cuz the facility needed the money. They even cut the nursing staff. Several residents deaths could have been prevented.

Response: There is a whole new team from top to bottom now - October 2014 - and we are completed dedicated and DO care about each resident. We care from our hearts and not about the money. Please let us show you. Thank you.

this facility came under new ownership, which has strived for, met and surpassed improvements in care for their residents. The facility has undergone renovations that have changed their look. They have hired some outstanding care givers. While they are an older facility, they more than make up for that in the care they give their residents. This facility more than proves that it takes more than a new building to give good compassionate care. Would I place my family member in Heritage of Hot Springs? Yes! Without hesitation!

Response: You must work here! Or you are blind!

I dealt with this facility while trying to find my father placementand was most displeased with the lack of customer service as well as the employee attitude. I am not happy when I feel like people are trying to take advantage of me and Kim left me with that distinct impression. Furthermore I am a former Case Worker for Arkansas Department of Human Services and am shocked by the treatment I received...

Response: I agree with that !

Number of Beds : 152

What is senior living? Both words in this phrase are essential, but the key is “Living!” Simply put, senior living is for those age 55 and older who still want to get everything they can out of life—with excellent value, excellent care, and excellent times. It means an engaged, satisfied lifestyle based upon your wants and needs. For some it means independent living, a way to live as usual but without the hassles of home ownership or maintenance. For others it means assisted living, a type of retirement community that still emphasizes your freedom and independence, but always with a ready, friendly staff to assist as needed. For those requiring more intensive help with physical needs or with Alzheimer’s or dementia, senior living means nursing care and memory care. Senior living offers comprehensive continuing care, where retirees can “age in place,” moving from one form of care to another as needed. Finally, senior living also means in-home care, where trained staff help retirees in their current home.
