11/21/2012 An OurParents User Writes: Brookside Health and Rehabilitation Center is a large, for profit, nursing home with 143 beds based in Little Rock, AR. 02/20/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Family member came to facility without bedsores but within 3 weeks had them and they were bleeding. Refused patient condon catheter for patients comfort and forced patient to be incontinent of urine and feces in order to get care. Patient never was given call light. Only have one side rail on bed and not two as required by state law. Staff is friendly to family members while there.
