This is a facility that is understaffed. The staff is admittedly inadequately improperly trained. They do absolutely nothing to make the quality of life of the residents better. There is a great deal of theft, neglect, and overall inadequate care. The new owner's have made cuts to an already poor facility. The food is cold and of poor quality. The residents are not properly hydrated. The rooms are not cleaned well. The staff smokes all day outside the entrance door, or congregate in the halls chatting, yet have no time to provide the basic needs of the residents. Depressing environment. Please think twice before admitting a loved one.

The facility was filthy. The residents looked dirty
and unkempt. The staff totally ignored me as I walked
around the building. Nurses were ganged up at the desk, talking and laughing and being very loud.

Very disappointed in the service. They talk a good talk when you go and visit but the results are totally different.

The faculty at this center not only lied to myself, but to my mother's hospice social worker. I filled out all the paperwork to have my mother admitted, they said she was accepted, they showed me her room and roommate at 4 one afternoon. The next morning they "filled the bed" and had no more space and failed to call myself or the hospice facility that was ordering a transport. I recieved a "sorry" that did not seem sincere. The nurse when introduced to me rolled her eyes that she would have to find a doctor for my mother. Overall, eveyone at the facility was rude!

I found the facility excellent in care, cleanliness and the overall friendliness of the staff. It was an excellent choice for our family.
