07/01/2013 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: I have my father in law in New Hope and the staff has taken excellent care of him! They have taken care of a wound he was suffering from that he got from a private caretaker abusing him by neglect. New hope has healed that and is very loving and active with their residents!! My father in law was very weak and is now getting stronger with their help. The staff cares about the residents and it definitely shows!!!
Thank you

06/05/2013 An Current/Past Resident Writes: I am currently a patient at New Hope, I am only here short term for rehab. I have been in multiple hospitals reciently, so the medical system in this area is nothing new to me. I have to say that I am floored at the exceptional care I am recieveing. The staff are so friendly and caring. I am treated with such dignity and respect.
The treatment nurse and the therapist deserved a special thank you. I am recovering from an amputation, and suffer from pain related to that, and they work so well with me. At times they are done with their treatments before I even realize that they have started. BRAVO!!!
The food is great and they make my family feel very welcome. I would reccomend New Hope to anyone needing this type of care for themselves or a loved one.

05/03/2013 An OurParents User Writes: I work for a company that works closely with New Hope and I am in and out of Nursing Homes and Rehab centers everyday and there is just something special going on at New Hope. They have staff that are proud to work there and actually seem to care for the patients and not just a pay check. They have a new admistrator that started in the fall and she is making some Great changes. I would feel very comfortable putting any of my family members there!!
I would like to also say congratulations to New Hope, they just had their annual state survey, and cleared with a completely DEFICIENCY FREE SURVEY!!! In long term care that is not an easy thing to do, and during my years of work in NWA I have never seen it happen to any other facilies in my region.
Whatever you are doing at New Hope, KEEP IT UP. Your community apprecites what you do.

03/27/2013 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: I have had my mother in 3 nursing homes in the last year, and they were all unable to help her in any way. The last facility she was in even had her on hospice and she was in a comatose state. We put her in New Hope a few months ago and she has since came off of hospice services and is doing wonderful. They saved my mothers life, and I can not say enough about their caring and compassionate staff. I would reccomend this facility to anyone looking for long term care placement.

01/15/2013 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: It is an older building, but you are not going to find better care anywhere. The staff are amazing. They make you feel like you are at home. Always willing to go above and beyond. They actually seem to care, and that is hard to find these days.
