I just ran across this website and saw the older ugly reviews for this business. I have had two great-grandmothers in this facility. Both were well cared for, physically and socially. It's true the Director or Nursing was replaced in August 2012, but the owner is the same, and is in the building everyday. Before I believed anything I read on an anonymous website, I would check out for myself. Call and make an appointment. As for the money comment, unfortunately long term care is expensive. The Social Services person will help you apply for Arkansas Medicaid if you qualify. My family always paid their bill, but if you didn't, I suppose they would want their money like any other business. I guess websites like this are useful, however, any disgruntled employee posing as a family could post anything on this site. I would encourage anyone considering long term care to visit in person, ask questions and make their own informed decision.

I see that several past reviews are unfavorable but i have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility, although i have been told that they recently have changed some management positions like a new director of nurses and a new assistant director of nurses and that the staff is happy the morale here seems so up beat which the patients notice and praise the staff for their care and their kindness there are many activities to keep the residents busy and the food is above average so many choices for them to choice from for their meals, this is a scarry decision to place our mom in a rehab but i dont regret picking thia one
