(formerly Brandywine Senior Care, Inc.) is a premier East coast-based provider that owns and operates 24 assisted living communities in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut. Brandywine's Community Capacity

Brandywine's 23 communities have a resident capacity of 2,401. Of that total, the company maintains an independent living operational resident capacity of 65, an assisted living operational resident capacity of 2,336, and a memory care operational resident capacity of 610. The bulk of their properties -- 16 in all -- are in New Jersey. Of Brandywine's 2401 units, 71 percent are dedicated to assisted living care, 24 percent to memory care, 3 percent to post- acute/rehab care, and 2 percent to independent living.
