About Trinity Lifestyles Management
Trinity Lifestyles Management is a family-owned business based in Georgia, focusing on wellness and individuality. Along with striving to serve with compassion and empathy, this senior community provider also recognizes the importance of dignity and respect for all of its residence. The senior community provider urges potential residents to visit the communities to really feel the difference the moment they walk in: Trinity's motto to inspire the mind, body, and spirit.
Founded by R. Bradley Bryant, chief financial officer and director, Trinity Lifestyles Management operates six communities throughout the state of Georgia, plus one more senior living community on the way. Trinity is the founding sponsor of Second Wind Dreams(r) secondwind.org, "is an international, nonprofit organization committed to changing the perception of aging through the fulfillment of dreams and educational programs that help caregivers understand the physical and mental challenges facing those with dementia."
In 2013, Trinity's Dogwood Forest of Dunwoody was one of only 119 communities in the country to earn the 2012 Caring Stars Award, an accolade based on consumer ratings and reviews recognizing service excellence.
The Trinity Difference
Based on a holistic approached to senior care, Trinity strives to continually educate the staff and update its practices to foster the highest quality of life. While the senior community provider embraces modern medicine, Trinity also believes in avoiding the administration of unnecessary medications. But, beyond the wellness programs, this senior community provider focuses on the personal and spiritual needs of each individual and how it nurtures relationships within the community.
The 24-hour caring staff and competent, professional nurses within the Trinity Lifestyles Management communities are weaved into the communities in which they serve, hosting special events and offering programs to educate and enrich the lives of each resident.
Within the secured grounds of the Trinity communities, residents can maintain independent lifestyles without the worry of day-to-day maintenance of home, grocery shopping, laundry, cooking, and more. Housekeeping services, grounds management, and chef-prepared snacks and meals free up more time to focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle during the golden years. Trinity helps residents stay healthy with chef-prepared meals, a Wellness and Longevity Center - - which also makes house calls -- a state-of-the-art fitness center, and pampering and primping at the spa and salon.
Community members can also nurture their minds and spirits with billiards and game rooms, hobby centers, libraries, cocktail lounges, and formal gardens and nature trails. And, for seniors still maintaining an occupation, a business center is also at their fingertips. Transportation is also available for shopping trips, doctor's visits and community excursions organized by the staff.
Programs and Activities
Trinity communities emphasize the importance of the mind, body, and sprit by offering signature services ran by the community staff. Therapeutic fitness programs like line dancing classes and water aerobics in a heated saltwater pool, "Live Life" excursions, and holistic wellness programs promote a healthy lifestyle. Technology workshops, gardening clubs, Wi-Fi cafes and catered parties encourage Trinity residents to stay sharp and social. Personal services assistants are available for seniors as well.
Lifestyle Living Options
With so many options for floor plans, personalized healthcare, hospitality services, and signature design upgrade options, seniors in Trinity communities feel right at home. One monthly fee includes housing, utilities, chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping services, 24-hour security, and access to the many amenities and programs Trinity offers. Some pets are also welcomed in Trinity communities for a non-refundable pet fee.
Independent living apartments, available in one bedroom, two bedroom, or studio floor plans, can be customized to fit each resident's needs. Each apartment is furnished with modern appliances and elegant touches, such as granite countertops and crown molding throughout. Some Trinity communities also offer companion apartments, where seniors can opt to share apartment space and costs and enjoy the camaraderie of having a cotenant.
Assisted living programs offer individualized care and wellness plans, medication management, 24-hour assistance and emergency response, and all of the life enrichment programs that help seniors stay active, healthy, and independent. Trinity assisted living communities also offer optional services such as one-to-one or share care services, post-op rehabilitation care, adult day services, and short-term care services with the aid of skilled nurses.
Memory care, dubbed "inspirations," allows residents to maintain independence with the aid of nurses and other staff specialized in caring for those with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Programs for these seniors include life-enriching activities proven for memory care, including SimpleC, a non-drug option dedicated to promote good health, boost memories, and fuel human connection.
Monthly fees vary among each of the seven communities Trinity manages, but starts at an average of about $2,400 per month for a 1-bedroom apartment. Payments to Trinity communities may be tax deductible for long term care services under the consultation of a tax advisor. However, benefits such as the Veterans' Administration's Aid and Attendance Pensions for eligible wartime veterans and their surviving spouses may help offset the cost of long term care expenses. Benefits range per month based on each senior's situation and is tax-free. Contact the U.S. Veterans Affairs for information.
