The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident counseling services.
This nursing home is not located in a hospital or a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Please note, that this nursing home has been designated a "Special Focus Facility" due to a variety of problems. It has been designated as such since 11/20/2012.
