There is nothing good to be said about this facility. Do not be fooled by the lovely exterior of the building. Their administration staff is incompetent. Be very careful of promises made to you; they are empty promises. Their billing clerk is one of the most incompetent people you will ever meet. She is totally unprofessional and unwilling to follow billing instructions from your insurance company. Watch your bills carefully because they upgrade patients so you will pay more per day. Their nursing and CNA staff is not enough to provide the attention that patients are paying for. If a nurse or CNA is on break or lunch, there is no one to back them up should a patient in their area of coverage need attention. Call lights are turned off by any staff member, even a janitor, passing by with a promise to get help for the patient but that does not happen either. A patient can wait up to an hour unless they keep pushing that light button. If they do that, they will not be treated politely. The food leaves a lot to be desired. The public areas inside are in need of a good cleaning, including the carpeting in the hallways. There is an odor that hangs over the entire place. There are much better places nearby for you to consider. Choose wisely.
