this is a 55 or older mobile home park with only one resident required to be 55 and any other to be atleast 45. I do not recommend this park to anyone as management does not care about the residents only their bonuses and atta boys for taking your mobile home from you so it can be replaced to make park look newer. Most of the older residents are dying off. Fire engines and emt's coming daily. Newer, younger residents with harley's taking over park. Rent is too high and management is only available four hours a day if that. Don't let your loved ones buy here. They are snooty and corporate run.
