Very nice facility. Nurses are very friendly and they took great care of my son. Many activities for the residents to participate in. The therapists are excellant. Office staff is very accomodating and willing to answer any questions you have.

I just found out that this place fired perhaps the best LVN I've ever known! On one occasion my grandmother was near dying and it was this very capable woman, Mryna, that brought my grandmother back. Not only that but I've seen this woman have to deal with multiple admissions at one time while the other LVNs are leisurely attending their stations! Tell me what facility does not know how to value such a wonderful capable woman!?!?! Brookfield that's who! Unfortunately my grandmother had this incompetent CNA in the afternoon, I don't want to get anyone in trouble but beware if her name starts with an "H", luckily she has now has the sweetest more lovable and patient person I've ever known(Rosa, I highly recommend her, she makes this place worthwhile, her English may not be the best but her attention to details and loving care make my grandmother's time here bearable). However, without Myrna...I don't know I may have to look for another place for her. I would like anyone reading this to note that my rating for this place is based on administrative treatment of family members and not the CNAs or LVNs (most of them are very sweet and helpful), I'm mostly indifferent to the rehab staff.
As a side note, the parking in this place used to be a nightmare but they've added valet parking which if you ask me is about time! However, they've added these giant trash things and this little shaded area which would be better spent as parking areas.

Honestly there are only three helpful cnas working here in the afternoon. Other than this Brookfield is no place to leave your family. The administrative staff are incredibly rude, especially the director of nurses. Do yourself a favor and find another health center.
