The owner is a crook and the staff is phony and has no bedside manner. There are maybe 3 caring nurses in the entire facility because the rest are pushed out such as anyone else that is not of their background(Filipino) and anyone who speaks up when they see things go wrong. Horrible facility and I'm sorry i ever worked for such a horrible heartless owner and horrible heartless DON who talks to people like they are worthless.

Do your due dilligence folks, sadly most of the folks in this facility are over medicated, left with CNA's that have been hired without background check's. My Mother lived at this facility began showing signs of parinoia and held back storys of horrible neglect, she was afraid if she "told" she would be hurt; after 2 years my Mother broke down like a child and her children feel so much guilt. How does these things happen to Americans that have worked so hard their entire lives, to have NO respect from these PHONY people that act like they care!

my cousin was there after being in Grossmont Hospital for 3.5 months. However, I observed employees only doing their jobs. Did anyone notice if my cousin has an IV fluid's bag? I didn't see one. I only saw his feeding tube with his air tube. who notices if things are in order? I used the public restroom and didn't want to touch the door leaving the restroom looks like it had not been washed or wiped down in many years. So many people were hanging out at the station desk. Wasn't there something they could be doing?

My grandmother just recently stayed at Chase Care Center and we had the best experience. Everyone was so helpful and supportive! She was very ill and on a ventilator when she went to their subacute unit and she is now home living with us and is up and around and cant wait for us to take her to bingo. Thank you so much to the staff at Chase

Please, Please continue your search for a care center. This facility is highly negligent in universal precautions, cleanliness, and safety of the client/residents. My dear friend and neighbor was a resident of Chase Care for approximately 2 weeks and in this time she had contracted c-diff. A very, very dangerous bacterial infection that may have brought on a sooner than expected end to my friends dear life. Again please reconsider your decision when contemplating a placement of a family member with Chase Care Center.
