Our aunt was at Gladstone care in 2005 and almost died. The place was awfull!!!!!! They did not check on patients regularly and when call buttons were pushed , nurses were nowhere to be found.
Our aunt had to be moved from this place to maintain her life. This place should be shut down!!!!
