My mom was transferred to Olive Ridge from Oroville Hospital when doctors told her there was nothing else they could do to help her end stage COPD. She decided to stop all of her regular meds and switch to palliative care only since she could barely breath. Reggie coordinated my mom's move to Olive Ridge and she was just wonderful to my mom and to the family. She spent time with us when we had questions or concerns - not knowing what to expect in the coming days. The staff was very helpful whenever my mom needed anything. They made sure she was kept as comfortable as possible (she spent 9 days there). The staff was also very helpful, accomodating and caring to the family. The first day and a half my mom was placed in a room with a roommate who was very disruptive. We requested that our mom be moved to a better room and within a few hours they made it happen. My entire family was very impressed with the level of care my mom received at Olive Ridge. They made a very difficult situation as comfortable for all of us as possible.

They are very prejudice on who they hire, I'm a great CNA and take great pride in my resident care....When I applied here they turned my application only because of personal vendetas not caring about there residents. It was not RIGHT!!
