Need to be with your loved one during meals as they won't help them as too short staffed. The Physical Therapy is way too rigorous for the elderly so they keep up with Medicare's requirement, without regard to what our parents can handle. They don't have doctors enough at all, unless you have a Stanford doctor. The wait for a doctor, even if critical is very long. Best to take them the the ER than wait.
