This Facility appeared to be so helpful & nice only in our presence. I had my loved one in this facility who suffers from Dementia. The call my family received at 10:00 pm is that he was combative and they were sending him for a psych review. At 1:25 am we received a call that from a Hospital that said we need to get there right away. When we got there my Dad was non-responsive he was bleeding on the brain, he had an injury to his facial area(his nose & cheek bone was swollen and there were scrapes & dried blood). The hospital asked us did we know what happened to him, which we did not because he was transferred from Panorama Gardens facility. It took us multiple phone calls with and long wait times in which the facility said they had no record of the injury? Well, after getting the results that my father would not return from this issue of the bleeding on the brain. Panorama Gardens returned my sister's call at 10 am the next day to say he fell. My prayer is to believe in my heart this is what happened but my gut is telling me different. I just ask that anyone who takes a loved one to this facility please seek out another facility. In hind sight there were so many more red flags his hygiene, clothing, loss of his glasses & dentures, wearing others clothes(we supplied plenty of clothes for him)that we should have taken into review. Now it is too late.

Don't send your family member here. They don't give good care. The nurses area not kind unless family members are present.

Response: I agree. I have seen bad stuff here.

No team work in this place. If you want something done, it takes too long. There are some nurses like a certain LVN who never apologized when had done something wrong and hurtful to someone. No honest people in this workplace. No one you can trust. Most of them end up stabbing you in the back and gossiping about you when you help people a lot. When one says something about you true or not, it spreads with exageration to the whole place. you end up getting rid of the right employee and losing a good friendship. I never meant to say this but 3 years have passed and I swear on the Bible, on the book of Mormons and whatever, lied about me and now I am gone. It was traumatizing and I never really fully recovered since. And may all the employees at this place know. I have told the truth and there you have it. You can guess whoever this is and do whatever. I speak because nothing was done when I did the right thing.

This place only looks nice but the nurses in the 3p-11p shift do a very poor job in taking care of the residents. They never brush their teeth. The licensed staff never give all the residents their prescribed medications. They throw some away so they can finish their job fast. The 11p- 7a night sleeps at night and are not awake to attend to the residents needs. Several Reidents have passed away in this facility due to a lack of poor care. The director Luis rodriguez does not fire people for their actions sorry to say but only gives them a verbal warning. Several falls and skin tears in this facility have gone unreported. CNA staff like to gossip a lot and violate Hippa guidelines by sharing patient confidentiality. It is noisy in the evening with staff.
