During the day this place is run like a well oiled ship.,after 6 pm your eyes burn from all the patients who've been laying in their urine for hours on end. When dinner is served my father couldn't eat because of the odor of feces that permeate the air. They lost my father on Christmas Day...and then told me they didn't know where he was. I drove to 5 different hospitals to no avail.,before calling them again and giving them a piece of my mind.My family members drove there on Christmas Day only to learn that the retards (nurses)at Paramount did not have clue to where my dad was.

For the sub acute unit staff are helpful when family members are there but if no one is there the patient is neglected. They are under staffed and do not keep the patients clean.

Paramount Meadows does not respond to family concerns about their loved one under their care. Doctors are never available, and do not call family members back. In addition, any clothing taken to the Patient WILL DISAPPEAR. I have had to purchase clothing on 4 separate occasions within only a few months due to clothing missing even though I put a laundry basket in the room and told staff NOT to do the laundry because I would pick up laundry and do it myself. Very frustrating to get any answers, and accountability on the part of Paramount Meadows is terrible.
