Crestwood of Redding is a great place to focus on your mental health recovery. The staff are caring and provide guidance in areas of symptom management, coping skills and life skills. Crestwood is a recovery based program that focuses on the needs of the individual patient. There are a variety of cognitive therapy groups as well as a fantastic and engaging activities and recreation program. There is an abundance of caring nursing staff that are very active in patient care and comfort. All in all, Crestwood changed my life. I can honestly say that I would not be the person I am today without Crestwood. Thanks to all the Crestwood staff for a job well done.
