Please, do NOT let your parent, grandparent, or other relative stay her if you love them. Admitting paperwork was not completed until the fourth week. Admissions lied ot me about who she was the first time I met her when I was trying to gain help, then ran off. Head of nursing will not even look into infractions made. I'm grateful that family was there to be sure that our family member received okay care, because of insistness. Staff will disappear and will not help when residents ask for assistance. Administration covers up for staff who falsify patient records in order to move residents out before they have received the full care they need. And if you expect to receive answers to questions on how to care for your loved one because they are immobile or incontinent (which she was NOT before going there) FORGET IT. The case manager lies to cover her errors and the patients' betst interest does not matter.
