My loved one received excellent care. The staff were attentive and professional. I have experienced many nursing centers and Roseville Care Center is the cleanest and friendliest thus far.

The noise level in the place is terrible. bells, alarms, whistles, loud TVs all hours of the day and night. Several very kind staff but a couple of very unprofessional attitudes with RN's and CNA's. Slow response to calls for help. I was the one that noticed a complication with my mom and wonder how long it would have taken if left up to them. I had my mom moved within 3 days of being admitted and would have mover her sooner had it been possible. Take your loved one someplace else.

My father is currently in this facility. He is recovering from hip surgery. 12 days into his stay he has developed an infection. It took over 14 hours to get the antibiotic delivered to the center. I am very upset that it took this long his leg is very swollen . I will keep yoh updated on his recovery.

My mother was brought to Roseville Care Center and I saw that they were under staff. There is no security and a couple of patients followed me as I was going out and I had to stop them. My sister has to bring my mother home because of lack of care. The supervisor in this care center was very rude to my sister and threatened to cut all my mother's privileges. She even said what kind of education we have. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for. Where is TLC on this? Sorry but I would not take a patient in this place.

My grandmother was in this convalescent home in 2004 and it was the worse experience she/we ever had. They over medicated her, did not change her clothes daily and she developed bed sores. We had to call a meeting with the staff and go in daily to make sure she was being taken care of properly. The hired help do not speak fluent English which can also create a communication problem for seniors with hearing disabilities. Do not use this facility. Find somewhere else.
