Don't work here. They work you like a slave and there is shady stuff going on there. Like, they favor filipino's and hire plenty of family members that they end up paying more to than you and they aren't even trained. The owner gambles all the money so you don't even know if you'll get paid. You'll probably cry many times during your orientations. As far as a resident's point of view. It's a very nice and good place to have your mother or father go to for care.

The second, more common, type of in-home care is supplied by an aide who can provide companionship and emotional support as well as assist with daily activities, including grooming, meal prep, and transportation. In-home care delivers the services seniors need to maintain their independence at home. The help you'll find at assisted living communities is offered as necessary, with the goal of supplying the support services required to stay as self-sufficient as possible. In-home care is ready when you or a loved one needs it. Care professionals will bring their expertise and experience to your home.
