Is there a marking I can give less then poor? First of all, this facility IS NOT IN THE HOSPITAL. It is located down the street. My Mom was ill and the ER Doctor recommended this facility. This is NOT a place I would put anyone I love or care about. It is a place I would warn people to make sure they are literally 'hands on' as far as their loved ones care goes. Nursing facility is below average and when the lady in the room with my mother had to wait 15 minutes to get a Nurse - need I say more about the inadequatacies. The Philipino nurses speak to each other in Tagala, food was served most of the time cold to the patients, the place is very outdated and isn't the cleanest. The noise level is unacceptable as well. I had to tell employees at 8:30 at night to be quiet because they were talking in a vacant room so loudly. My Mom didn't get her regular medication (a list that I saw the facility receive) until after being there a couple of days. She had stitches still in from a surgery she had had 2 weeks prior and when I approached the nurse about them she knew nothing (something else I know that was in her chart). This is not a loving, caring facility. I can honestly say that 3 of the professionals that interacted with my Mom truly showed they cared but thats not saying much when she was in there for a week. I suggest before someone you knows goes into a facility such as this do ALOT of indepth investigating. Ask for phone numbers of former patients/family members, go and visit at different hours, especially at night and ask questions.

This truly is a horrible place. My husband was extremely ill and there for 6 days:( It is not located "in" a hospital and there is absolutely no way any CNA spent 4 hours and 31 minutes with him and it is outrageously inaccurrate to say any RN spent anywhere close to 3 hours and 52 minutes with him per day. That was fine, as most had no clue what they were doing anyway. However, this should not be claimed. Medicare rating this place so well tells me to put zero credibility into their reports. The lady with the Mother being there for 10 days and very pleased with this place, cannot help but wonder if she was in the medical field or ? and received special treatment. We're not given much choice as most are like this. We need to do something in order to make these places a lot more suitable for our loved one's. With all the information at our finger tips, contact the investor's with pictures and video's and/or the news media. This type of place is not about excellent healthcare, but MONEY.

This is the worst place. They pay no attention to the patient. It took seven hours for my husband to get a blanket. They refused to assist him in walking as instructed by the physical thepary doctor. They failed to provide him with the medications that they were instructed to give him. They took him off his medications without consulting with qualified doctors. The doctor who he was assigned has done nothing for him. This is the worse place to be in. Thanks to Health Care Partners we have no choice.

Noisy, old and non-attentive staff. There is no regard for patients trying to recover and the needs that they have. Nurse assistants try and do their best, but they cannot handle it all by themselves. Avoid this place if you can.

My mom's experience was excellent! She was there for 10 days after suffering a fall. The staff is wonderful and caring. It's a much better place than other comparable facilities.
