If your loved one is in need of a skilled nursing facility, I suggest going elsewhere. They tell you what you want to hear, only to not follow through. If your loved one just needs rehab it is tolerable, but adequate care for ongoing issues that need attention will likely be overlooked, brushed off and minimized leaving your loved one at risk.

Victoria Care Center was acceptable regarding cleanliness. My mom is staying there and I found that the facility was clean for the most part, but the bathrooms definitely needed attention. Overall, the place is ok, a bit more house-keeping would be nice.
