My brother and I moved our mom into Flair Manor (West Hills) six years ago. We have never made a better decision. Gloria and her staff have ALWAYS treated my mother with care and respect. And have done so with tremendous empathy and concern. Gloria transports my mom to and from all of her medical appointments and has become an important extension of our family. I travel extensively for work and Gloria and her staff give me tremendous "peace of mind" when I'm on the road. Yes, first and foremost, this environment is for the benefit of my mom. But I cannot stress how much relief she has given me and my brother, who lives out of state. I couldn't begin to repay her for that. Most importantly, my mom is happy there. As her grown child, I cannot ask for more. Growing older and losing the ability to perform basic functions that one took for granted before cannot be easy. It's challenging both physically and mentally. Gloria has created an environment where my mom and the other residents can be as comfortable as possible, while receiving the essential care they need. What more can I ask for? I highly recommend Flair Manor 11 and would happily talk with anyone who is considering moving their loved one there.

Trying to find a home for a parent or loved one is very stressful. I looked at a few facilities and felt the most comfortable with Gloria and her home, Flair Manor II.

The caregivers are always helpful and take excellent care of my mom. At my first visit I asked a resident how she liked living at Flair Manor and without hesitation she spoke very highly of the home and caregivers.

Gloria was there when I needed her and I am very pleased with my decision to move my mom there.

I spent 4 years at Flair Manor II and they were wonderful years. I arrived unable to walk and with their tender loving care I gradually regained my independence. I now reside in Henderson, NV in an independent Senior Apt complex subsidized by the state and this would not have been possible were it not for the "magic" of Flair Manor. The administrator, Gloria Bagon, set the tone for her staff and I truly believe she is one of the most remarkable women to influence my life. She continues to be fond of me and stays in touch. I have absolutely no complaints about 4 years well spent in a homey and therapeutic environment expect I wish I was closer so I could see more of Gloria. I would welcome any questions from prospective residents/families.

It is truly emotionally difficult to entrust the total care of your beloved parent to a total stranger in a totally different environment, much more when your parent has a medical condition that needs especial care. This, I personally had experienced and it was indeed heartbreaking. Twice, I have to place into and remove my 85 years old mom from an Assisted Living Facility each for a brief period of stay of almost three months. My reason for leaving is the inadequacy of supervision and care rendered by the said Facilities.

It was when I transferred my mom to Flair Manor II (owned and operated by Ms. Gloria Bagon) in West Hills that I have finally breath a sigh of relief. For more than three years until her demise, my mom was a resident of Flair Manor II. Never had I and my siblings heard from her any complaint but only praises for the staff and Ms Bagon’s very professional supervision and care. These very same praises were as well repeatedly spoken to me by the other alert and oriented residents of the Facility at times when I come to visit my mom which is every weekend. I myself and my siblings would say the same as we have personally seen during more than three long years how they took care of the residents.

Finally, we “kowtow “ to Ms. Gloria Bagon and all her staff in Flair Manor II as a sign of deep gratitude and respect for their service to our mom; as a sign of heartfelt thanks for dissipating our feeling of remorse for not being able to personally take care of our mom. Allow us now to say that any negative statement regarding the render of service in Flair Manor II is a farce plain and simple - how else can the residents stay for long - four, five, seven years- if they and their families are not fully satisfied.

My 81 year old mother has been here for about 2 months. We are extremely unhappy with the owner's and staff's attitudes as well as the care my mother is receiving. The owner of the three locations appears to be helpful, sweet, and caring. I have already discovered in two months that this is not the case. She made a lot of promises in the beginning and has failed to keep her word. For instance, she actually wrote into our contract that she will provide up to 4 trips to doctors a month. Not only is her staff untrained to transfer a patient from a wheelchair into a vehicle using a transfer board, we have had to pay hundreds of dollars to a private non emergency medical transport company to get my mother to appts.

The staff have been unfriendly to my mother and are rough with her when they are attending to her toileting needs. She has been told that she demands too much and another resident was told the same thing. In addition to these attitudes toward my mother, there is a long time resident that is mean and who the staff and owner "cowtow" too. One is not warned when coming into the home that the staff and owner take excellent care of her at the expense of my mother and other residents.

I would avoid this owner, Gloria Bagon's, residences at all costs. She promised me that she would refund a small portion $300.00 of the money we have spent on transporting my mother and I've yet to see it. She lies and DENIES, DENIES, DENIES!! She has a staff that should not be taking care of pet rats much less vulnerable human beings.
