#ElderCareChat 7/1/15: How Tech Tools Are Advancing Elder Care

We were pleased to welcome featured guest Frances West, Chief Accessibility Officer (CAO) for IBM — and several of her colleagues — to offer their expertise on this ever-evolving topic, one that will impact the lives of caregivers and seniors for years to come.

In her role as CAO, Ms. West works to establish IT accessibility standards, shape government policies, and develop human-centric technology and industry solutions that not only create an inclusive workplace environment, but are designed to personalize the user experience so that all people can reach their highest potential in work and life.
