the management team is this facility's downfall

If you love your family member do not I repeat do not put them in this facility. They make it sound like it is such a wonderful place with warm caring people, but that is not the case. My Dad fell 4 times in the 5 weeks he was in there. Wore the same clothes for days and was not showered. We complained but it got us no where. We were in the process of getting him out or there and bringing him home when he fell and broke his hip. Not just broke, the Dr. said it looked like a bomb had went off his bones were so shattered. they had him sitting up in his wheel chair for hours before they called in someone to do x-rays. They told us he just had some scratches. 5 hours later he was taken to the hospital and and 4 days later he passed away. Maybe some of the workers care but for the most part they don't. They are over worked and underpaid and none of them want imput from family no matter what they say otherwise. I have to live with the gulit of leaving my presious Daddy at this awful place. Please don't put yourself in the same situation.

Horrible place. Our mom has been there for one week. We are desperate to get her out. Only reason she is there is because Kaiser placed her, Very under staffed. Mom has not been bathed in the week she has been there. Patients sleep in their wheelchairs for days. Beware of this place. The administrators only care about the money and their little meetings. Will be getting our mom off Kaiser first chance we get.

Response: It has been reported that abuse was inflected on the patients as well. My Dad had bruises all 5 weeks and they always had some excuse for them. This place should be held accoutable and be closed down and charges pressed against those who let this happen and turned a blind eye.

Nursing Staff's performance was more than adequate, the facility was clean, well secured and the food was of good quality. However, the Social Services personnel were the worst..forgotten appointments, lost paperwork, and ignored requests for a return telephone calls and a general apathy.

The staff is unfriendly and they are totally under staffed. The patients sleep in each others beds and they do not change the linens after the diifferent patients would be sleeping in his bed. I would ask them to and there response was" we are short staffed." I would NOt recommend this facility. Beware if you are thinking about placing a loved one @ this facility.
